Vision: "Keep safe, show the way of light".

MISSION: Ensuring safe detention of detainees, maintaining strict security and discipline in prisons, treating detainees humanely, ensuring proper accommodation, food, medical treatment and meeting with relatives, friends and lawyers and socializing as a good citizen. To provide necessary motivation and training for the purpose of rehabilitation.
